Sharif T. Mitchell brings extensive investment, asset management, and strategic leadership experience to M&S Holdings, where he focuses on portfolio growth, acquisition strategy, and long-term value creation across the firm’s workforce housing platform.
 

With a career grounded in real estate investment and community-focused housing initiatives, Sharif has led more than $500M in transactions and overseen 2,700+ units across multiple metropolitan markets. His expertise spans deal sourcing, underwriting, capital strategy, asset optimization, and institutional-level portfolio management.

Sharif previously served as an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase and co-founded Dantes Community Partners, where he focused on acquiring and managing workforce housing assets at scale. His earlier career includes leadership roles in real property tax consulting and advisory, working with institutional clients such as Blackstone, Starwood, Capital One, and Clarion Partners.

His background blends investment management, financial analysis, public-sector advisory, and community-focused housing strategy—experience that complements M&S Holdings’ mission of acquiring, improving, and managing multifamily assets with operational excellence.
 
Education:
Sharif holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Morehouse College, a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University, and a Hotel Investments & Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University.

Edward A. Sarkisyan

Managing Partner

Edward Sarkisyan brings over two decades of operational leadership and construction management expertise to M&S Holdings, where he oversees project execution, asset operations, and value-add redevelopment strategy across the portfolio.
 

With a career rooted in multifamily and commercial construction, Edward has managed large-scale renovation programs, capital improvement initiatives, and full-cycle project operations for institutional owners, REITs, and private investment groups.

Edward previously founded and scaled Smart Build from a single employee into a nationally recognized multifamily renovation firm. Under his leadership, the company delivered $200M+ in construction volume and completed major renovation and repositioning projects for institutional clients, including Equity Residential, AvalonBay, and Greystar.
 
His operational background spans construction management, vendor oversight, budget control, scheduling, and on-site project performance—skills that directly support M&S Holdings’ focus on acquiring, improving, and optimizing multifamily assets.
 
Edward’s experience also includes real estate brokerage and multifamily development, providing a well-rounded understanding of both physical operations and investment strategy.

David Walker

Asset Manager

David Walker brings extensive asset management, investor relations, and portfolio strategy experience to M&S Holdings, where he focuses on asset performance, acquisition execution, and investor reporting across the firm’s workforce housing platform.

With a career grounded in institutional real estate asset management and capital transactions, David has overseen portfolios exceeding $1B in combined value and executed $100M+ in acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancings across multiple asset types and markets. His expertise spans strategic planning, portfolio performance optimization, tax-exempt debt transactions, and institutional-level investor reporting.

David previously held asset management roles at FCP, where he oversaw strategic plans for 15 assets totaling $500M+ in value and executed $100M+ in transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancings. He also served in asset management at Blackfin Real Estate Investors, managing a portfolio of 10 multifamily assets exceeding $200M in value, and in portfolio management at the DC Housing Finance Agency (DCHFA), where he oversaw a portfolio of 55 tax-exempt debt loans responsible for disbursement and capital transactions exceeding $500M.

His background blends institutional asset management, capital markets execution, tax-exempt debt structures, and investor-facing portfolio strategy — experience that directly supports M&S Holdings’ mission of acquiring, improving, and managing multifamily assets with operational excellence.

Education:
David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where he served as Co-President of the MBA Real Estate Club.

Stephen Vassor

Director of Acquisitions

Stephen Vassor brings extensive experience in real estate investment management and development, having been involved in more than $1.5 billion in transactions and overseen 7,000 units across multiple metropolitan markets.

Stephen previously served as President of Dantes Community Partners, where he led the firm’s investment strategy, and portfolio management initiatives. He also led the development of internal technology and financial modeling systems used to forecast portfolio performance, analyze risk-adjusted returns, and guide asset-level hold and disposition strategies.

His background blends establishing investment policies and operational framework while overseeing capital allocation, investment underwriting, and strategic execution – experience that complements M&S Holdings’ acquisitions.

Education:
Stephen holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance with an emphasis in International Business and a B.S.B.A. in Business Analytics from Old Dominion University.

Michelle Antonio

Marketing

Michelle Antonio brings over 16 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and strategic business support across the real estate, construction, and outsourcing industries.

At M&S Holdings, Michelle supports business operations, investor outreach, marketing coordination, and strategic initiatives across the firm’s workforce housing platform. Her background includes extensive experience in lead generation, CRM management, executive support, recruitment operations, and marketing strategy, helping leadership teams streamline operations and strengthen business development efforts.

Known for her operational leadership and ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, Michelle plays a key role in supporting organizational growth, team coordination, and day-to-day execution across multiple business functions.

Education:
Michelle studied at the University of Southeastern Philippines.

Mirasole Antonio

Admin

Mirasole “Mira” Antonio serves as Executive Assistant at M&S Holdings, where she supports the firm’s day-to-day operations, executive coordination, and business development initiatives. Her responsibilities include calendar and travel management, investor and partner communications, CRM and pipeline organization, meeting coordination, conference logistics, and operational support across acquisitions and strategic initiatives. Mira plays an integral role in maintaining internal workflows and supporting the firm’s outreach efforts, helping ensure seamless coordination between leadership, investors, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Prior to joining M&S Holdings, Mira worked as a call center representative for a healthcare-related company, where she managed high-volume client communications and supported customer service operations in a fast-paced environment. Her experience included handling sensitive client inquiries, coordinating solutions efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and delivering professional support with strong attention to detail and responsiveness. This experience helped strengthen her communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, which continue to support her work in executive operations and relationship management.

Mira’s proactive and detail-oriented approach contributes to the operational efficiency of M&S Holdings and supports the firm’s ability to manage strategic relationships, transactions, and investment initiatives across multiple markets. She is recognized for her strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and ability to support leadership in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
